Hogsmill litter is awful
Sirs, I have never seen the vicinity of the Hogsmill River covered in as much litter as it is today. I often walk dogs from Ruxley Lane down to the railway line at Ewell West and there are empty drinks cans and food packaging everywhere. It is an eyesore
