Transport for London (TFL) is proposing changes to Battersea Bridge Road, specifically the introduction of a 24hr southbound bus and cycle lane. Whilst the proposal will make the area safer for cyclists and is supported by members of Wandsworth Cycling Campaign, The Battersea Society intends to object to the proposals, and the list of concerns from local residents is growing. Have your say by Friday 10th July.

The Mekong River Dolphin is near to extinction with numbers less than a hundred! Pollution in the lakes, in Cambodia and Loas, is responsible for killing many of the calves and the adult dolphins. Scientists say that they are on the brink of extinction.

“The youth of today” has quite a name for itself: violent, intimidating, wasteful and general solution with no apparent solution. Critics of the younger generation like to have exhaustive discussions on how innocent people are intimidated and scared when simply taking the bus to Sainsbury’s. Surprisingly, these adults forget the state of their society.
