Kingston Rugby Club’s Under 14 and Under 15 teams are once again celebrating promotion in the Surrey League.
The Under 14s, in their first year of competition, won all of their games in Division 6 and were declared winners whilst the Under 15s were promoted for the third year in a row after finishing runners up in Division 4.
Coach Paul Foster said “this was the first season that we had sufficient players to split into two teams and for both sides to achieve promotion is a fantastic achievement for the club and a just reward for all of the hard work put in by the boys and the backroom staff”.
Kingston Rugby Club is keen to recruit more junior players. No previous experience of rugby is required just a willingness to learn.
