Kingston council has become totally corrupted by the sight of easy money from traffic fines.
This is frenzied feeding on ordinary working people and they should be thoroughly ashamed. The paintwork on the yellow boxes is totally degraded, the cameras are hidden and there is virtual entrapment.
It is time the good citizens of Kingston fought back.
