Flooding at the Tolworth underpass is causing severe delays on the A3 this morning.
One commuter has told the Surrey Comet that nothing has moved for about 20 minutes.
There is flooding on A3 at Hook & at Tolworth Underpass. Traffic is slow moving in the area.
