A man's home has been boarded up after he made repeated, abusive 999 calls, exposed himself and behaved threateningly.
Perry Sherlock, of 23 Newark Court, Walton, has been jailed for breaching a criminal behaviour order - the new-style ASBO - and his home closed after a string of anti-social behaviour reports.
Social housing association Paragon plans to repossess the home and evict Sherlock permanently, police said yesterday. A closure order was granted at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Friday and imposed on Tuesday.
Sergeant Charlotte Chambers, of Elmbridge police, said: "The impact of this man’s behaviour on his neighbours cannot be underestimated. He has caused people to feel intimidated and frightened.
"The impact of his continued abuse of the emergency 999 service beggars belief."
Anyone who enters the home. which has been sealed until Friday, November 27, will be arrested, Surrey Police said.
