Arrests have been made in connection with a street fight that left two young men in hospital with stab wounds.
A brawl, thought to have been between two groups, broke out at around 6am today, Saturday, November 29, outside the KFC restaurant in Central Road, Worcester Park.
It is believed the fight spilled down the high street to a bus stop outside the railway station where one witness has claimed to have seen a knife lying on the ground.
Metropolitan Police have yet to confirm this but said that the search for a weapon formed part of its investigation.
The restaurant and the bus stop had been cordoned off with police tape after the 19-year-old and an 18-year-old males were stabbed during the attack.
Witnesses have reported pools of blood splattered on the ground and an abandoned medical kit could still have been seen on the floor outside the KFC hours after the attack.
The two victims suffered stab wounds to the legs and have been taken to a south London hospital where their conditions are being described by the Metropolitian Police as stable.
No details of the two arrested men have been released except to say that they are not the men in hospital.
