Former EastEnder and Esher resident Martine McCutcheon has been declared bankrupt.
McCutcheon, 37, petitioned for bankruptcy at Kingston County Court under the name Martine Kimberley Sherri Ponting, according to Credit Today.
Her discharge from bankruptcy is set for January 2, 2014, and KPMG has been appointed as her trustee.
McCutcheon is best known for her role as Tiffany on EastEnders during the 1990s. Following her stint in the BBC soap, the actress had a successful career as a singer.
She also starred in the hit film Love Actually in 2003 with Hugh Grant, and won a Laurence Olivier Award for her stage portrayal of Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady.
