Emergency services in the borough are urging caution after poor weather caused chaos on the roads.
Epsom fire station was kept busy over the weekend with a number of road traffic collisions and more snow is forecast.
Watch manager James Tigwell said: “As far as driving in the snow is concerned, drivers need to give themselves more time to break.
“It is treacherous, especially on side roads, so be careful.”
Surrey Police is urging motorists to only make essential journeys after heavy snowfall led to a number of roads being closed over the weekend.
Temporary Superintendent Sharon Bush said: “We have already seen significant snowfall across the county and with more forecast we are urging people to only venture onto the roads if absolutely necessary.
“The conditions across the county are making any travel treacherous and we are advising people to take sensible precautions.”
Epsom and Ewell Borough Council have suspended all domestic waste and recycling services, but all other services are running as normal.
