The free courses start in September
Kingston Adult Education is offering free GCSE courses in English and Maths for people who do not yet have the qualifications.
The courses are free as long as the applicant is over 19 on August 31, 2017, is not in full time education, does not have an A, B or C grade already and has lived in the UK or another EU country continually for the last three years.
