A fallen tree on the tracks is delaying services to Berrylands train station.
South West Trains tweeted: "Berrylands: Trains towards Surbiton unable to call at Berrylands due to a fallen tree blocking the track.
"Other Mainline and Suburban services through Surbiton towards Woking will be delayed."
The Met Office released yellow warnings of severe weather for parts of the UK today.
There are gusts of over 40mph today in Kingston.
