A shopping centre has launched a giving tree appeal on Friday to find presents for children facing Christmas in hospital.
Charity volunteers, representatives from Epsom Hospital, Ashley Centre manager David Beddows and Epsom Council's chief executive Frances Rutter took part in the launch at the shopping centre.
Mr Beddows said: "We are collecting gifts for children aged 0-19 years who will be spending this Christmas in Epsom Hospital.
"Our kind shoppers’ donations will help brighten Christmas Day for these children and we would like to say a massive thank you in advance for your generosity."
The Sunnybank Trust, an Epsom charity which helps people with learning disabilities, will wrap the presents. The gifts will then be given to children on Casey Ward at the hospital on Christmas Eve.
Donations can be made at the Giving Tree outside the House of Fraser in the Ashley Centre.
