Letter to the Editor: Fido defends right to scare runners and old people in park
When I was in the park recently, being exercised by my owner, a runner got cross with me for rushing at him with a bit of snarling. What is this world coming to if we can't frighten the life out of a few runners, and old people - after defecating that is?
