For years I have been a carer for my disabled partner and as such I am an unpaid worker, so I haven't had the indignity to have to sign on for work.

Years ago I believe on the letters the DWP used to send out, it stated that "this is the amount the Government says you need to live on".

If that's still the case, what is the amount that the unemployed need to live on now in the opinion of this laughable government?

With the bedroom tax they are now trying to extort from the real decent and genuine people of the UK, where does the figure come from?

And just out of interest can anyone explain what the disability person Esther McVey actually does to justify her ministerial position or whatever it is she's there for or fancy title she no doubt glories in.

Presumably this failed TV presenter considers herself worthy and has ideas far above her station.
