A chef will be making chocolate truffles at a food festival featuring Morris Dancers, wine tasting and cheesemaking on Saturday.
David Gillot, head chef at Ashtead’s Four Gables Food Academy, will give the truffle making demonstration in Donkey Green, Box Hill.
Foodies can buy Surrey produce, learn about speciality food and drink and listen to live music at the Marvellous Mole Valley Food With a View festival on April 13 from 10am to 4pm.
Organiser Caroline Salmon, chairman of Mole Valley Council, said: "It will be a real sensory experience for the whole family with foodie talks, tastings and talent - as well, of course, those beautiful vistas."
