Delays at East Croydon after signal failure
Trains from East Croydon to London Victoria have been delayed due to signal failure in the Balham area.
The line had to be blocked for seven minutes between 9.03 and 9.10 this morning.
Workers were quick to rectify the problem but still had to close the fast line meaning commuters have been left stranded.
Trains are now beginning to move again with a normal service to be resumed once the delayed trains get through the affected area.
