Readers can leave tributes to the five-year-old, known as Sammy, who died tragically after a falling from a climbing frame at Tolworth Infants' School.
The boy was pronounced dead at a west London hospital after the incident, on September 15.
A police spokesman said a post-mortem would take place on Tuesday, September 20, and an inquest would be opened and adjourned in due course.
The death is being treated as unexplained and officers from Kingston are investigating.
Tributes have poured in on social media site Twitter and there is a floral tribute near the family home on School Lane, Tolworth.
