A pantomime version of Snow White starring Edward Davey as the eighth dwarf helped raise £3,000 for charity.
The St Paul’s Players in Hook put on the show last December, as well as production of That’s Entertainment in the summer, in aid of the Kingston Young Carers’ Network.
The heavily-bandaged Kingston and Surbiton MP and junior Government minister made an appearance as Lucky the Dwarf.
Amanda Williams, producer of both shows, presented the cheque to Diane White of the young carers on Monday, March 28.
The group is now rehearsing for its summer show Same as it Never Was, which will take place on Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25 at the Hook and Southborough Parish Hall.
