A Surbiton artist has won a Cycling in London competition to have her illustration used on Transport for London posters.
Rachel Lillie's poster will form part of a new exhibition at the London Transport Museum, featuring works from the best contemporary illustrators on the theme of cycling in London.
A summer of cycling celebrations are happening at the museum, which is supporting the Mayor of London's new cycling initiatives across the capital.
The 22-year-old said: "I feel incredibly privileged to win, it was a complete surprise.
"I've just completed my degree in illustration and animation at Kingston University, and it's such a great start to my career.
"Exhibiting my work at the London Transport Museum is a great honour, given the historic collections they have of posters.
"The prize of having my work in the public eye as a poster on the underground is just amazing, I still cant believe it."
