The St Marks ward covers Surbiton town centre and includes Surbiton cemetery, Kingston University's Seething Wells campus and the Lamb and Flag pub made famous by the mythical Lefi Ganderson and regular cheese parties.
At the moment it is held by three Liberal Democrat councillors although the former deputy leader Barry O'Mahony is now standing in another ward.
