Mercedes-Benz retail group is to sell the business, property and resources of Mercedes-Benz Epsom to Sandown Motors Limited.
The business deal is scheduled to complete on December 31, 2021.
Sandown currently represents Mercedes-Benz across the south of England.
The deal is set to expand the company’s representation into the M25 and south west London.
It also aims to increase Sandown’s headcount beyond 500 employees.
The Mercedes-Benz Epsom branch will join Sandown’s eight Mercedes-Benz Car and smart locations.
