The businesses face an additional six charges between them, for which Mr Fleming has also issued a plea of not guilty at the hearing earlier this month.
LivingSun faces charges of failing to provide information before contracts were concluded and engaging in misleading commercial practice.
Kyrilios Ltd faces four charges of engaging in commercial practice in a misleading action.
Mr Fleming will appear at Kingston Crown Court for trial in March.
