Two men have been charged following an attack in Surbiton on Halloween night last year.
Robbie Kingsford, 21, from Leatherhead, was attacked by two men in Surbiton in the early hours of November 1 as he walked with a friend, and was left with a bloodied and swollen face.
Alan Banks, 26, who police said was from Kingston upon Thames, was charged today with assault by beating and actual bodily harm.
He was also charged with a seperate offence of exposure, a sexual offence which can carry a maximum sentence of two years in prison, relating to an alleged 'flashing' at a different person.
Samuel Light, also 26, who police said was from Elmbridge, was charged with actual bodily harm.
Police would not say specifically which towns the men live in - giving just the boroughs they are from.
They will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday, March 9.
