A former teacher from Surbiton has been found guilty of historic sex crimes against boys.

Roger Kerr, 52, of Surbiton Hill Park, was convicted on Wednesday of one count of indecent assault on a male under the age of 16, and two counts of indecent assaults on a male aged 16 or over.

A jury found him not guilty of a further count of indecent assault.

The charges relate to assaults on boys in the late 1990s to early 2000s, when Kerr was a teacher at a secondary school in Oxfordshire.

He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday, November 7.
