A drug dealer from Kingston has been jailed for more than two and a half years after being caught with cocaine and cannabis during a police raid.
Marcus Heggarty , 23, of Chatham Road, was arrested on June 16 following a search at a property in Hepworth Way, Walton.
Police found several wraps of cocaine and bags of cannabis during the search, as well as other drugs paraphernalia.
Heggarty was sentenced to 32 months in jail at Guildford Crown Court on Monday, having earlier pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
Local neighbourhood officer PC Chris Binns said: "With Heggarty behind bars there is now one less drug dealer in the area."
