A Tolworth newsagent could be stripped of its licence after a 14-year-old boy got so drunk he was hospitalised.
Police said staff at Ewell Food and Wine, in Ewell Road, sold another boy a bottle each of Jagermeister, Glen's Vodka, and Russian Standard vodka in March.
The first boy was taken to hospital by ambulance after being found alone and "extremely ill" in Kingston.
Police were alerted by the boy's mother.
Premises supervisor Jaspal Sachdeva will learn the shop's fate at a meeting at the Guildhall on Tuesday, July 22 at 7.30pm.
