Two men have been charged with robbing a post office with a fake gun.
Police arrested two men in Park Road, Kingston on Thursday afternoon following reports of a robbery at the post office run by R.K Gupta.
Paul Paradise, 34, of New Road, Kingston and Danny Carrig, 18, also of New Road, appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
They were charged with conspiracy to rob and carrying an imitation firearm.
Neither was asked to enter a plea.
They have been remanded into custody and will next appear at Kingston Crown Court on July 11.
