Surbiton Rotary Club has teamed up with other rotary clubs to donate 240 water survival boxes to the flood-hit Balkan region.
Rotarians packed 11 pallets of water to be sent off to help all those displaced by the natural disaster.
Member Stevan Popovich said: "Having established a contact with Rotary Club Belgrade-Vracar, we have obtained their support and very quickly identified pressing need for water purification devices as integral part of much needed humanitarian aid to displaced population in Serbia and beyond."
Surbiton Rotary Club wants donations of up £350 to buy more water survival boxes.
