Post-mortem examinations carried out on three children found dead in New Malden did not establish how they died, the Metropolitan Police has said.

The examinations were carried out on Thursday afternoon at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Further tests have been ordered.

Olivia Clarence, four, and Ben and Max, three, were found dead last Tuesday night at their home in Thetford Road.

Their mother, Tania Clarence, 42, appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Friday charged with their murder.

She is set to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow.
