A houseboat owner has been fined after drugs were found onboard by a police raid.

Frederick Fouad, 39, had class B drug cannabis on his boat Mannimal, moored outside the Gazebo in the Thames.

Officers from London-wide Operation Big Wing boarded on January 23.

He was fined £120 by Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday after pleading guilty.
