Barclays bank staff will take over Princess Alice Hospice shops for a donation challenge.
Four of the Esher hospice’s shops will be taken over for one day, with staff selling items they have donated in the previous weeks.
Money made during the challenge, up to the value of £3,000, will also be matched by the bank, meaning cash spent by customers will be worth double to the hospice.
Phil Seal, retail director at Princess Alice Hospice, said: “We feel this is a fantastic opportunity and are very hopeful that the day will help to raise crucial funds for the hospice.
“We are delighted that Barclays is taking part and hope that this will encourage other companies to work with us on similar fundraising events in the future.”
The Barclays Donation Challenge takes place at the Clarence Street, Kingston, Fife Road, Kingston, Kingston furniture shop in Old London Road and Staines stores on Wednesday, February 5.
