Clubbers "stole plant pots" and "exchanged bodily fluids" in a string of incidents which upset residents living near Essence nightclub.
After Kingston Council granted police a review of Essence’s licence earlier this month, residents wrote to officers with their complaints.
Barristers battled over the application in a council licensing hearing after a brawl at the club involving up to 30 people.
One person, a military officer living in Charter Quay, told the council: "We are frequently woken, late at night and in the early hours of the morning, by crowds of noisy, disorderly persons.
"We have heard/seen shouting, arguing and fighting and on occasion unsecure items of furniture (such as a decorative plant box) have been tampered with, damaged or stolen."
Another, of Marina Place in Hampton Wick, said: "Customers frequently gather late at night on the waterfront at Bucklands Wharf and under Kingston Bridge, apparently to smoke and trade insults, blows, substances or bodily fluids with one another."
Police sent letters to more than 800 residents about the review.
Councillors on the licensing sub-committee will meet on Monday, January 6, at the Guildhall to decide whether to suspend, modify, or revoke the club’s licence.
