A teenager was taken to hospital yesterday evening after trespassers were spotted on the tracks.

South West Trains reported that a trespasser on the tracks at Berrylands station had been injured.

A spokeswoman for London Ambulance said it was called at 6.55pm to reports of a patient who had fallen from height.

It sent an ambulance crew, a doctor in a car and a duty manager and treated a man reported to be 17-years-old for an ankle injury and reduced consciousness and took him to hospital.
