Blended celery juice is thought to help a good night’s sleep because of the vitamins, mineral salts and nutrients it contains. This fruity version which packs a punch thanks to the peppery radishes is also a great way to start the day.
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
You’ll need:
2 apples
2 pears
3 celery sticks
10 radishes
What to do:
Wash the fruit and vegetables, core the apples and pears and chop everything into chunks.
Put it all into the juicer then chill the juice before drinking.
Notes:
For a change try substituting the pears for 4 rings of pineapple
