Peace is very important to keep the body and mind healthy. In the modern world, people are very busy and hectic so forget to take some time to themselves and sit in peace. Thoughts and tasks run in our minds on a daily as we think about all the things we need to do. However, to be calm and relaxed we should do things for pleasure that we like no only tasks to complete.
Take an hour or so everyday to do things that you like to keep your mind relaxed and stress-free. For example, some people like to bake or cook as it gives them happiness. I have recently taken photography as something I like to enhance my knowledge in as the above picture was taken by me whilst I was relaxing in my free time. I have found people saying "I don't have time" but that is never true. If you truly try you can always make time for anything.
Mindfullness is also a good practice which relieves a person off work and stress. It gives you peace found in your inner self. You should practice this everyday and it doesn't make time as you can start from just 5 minutes a day. This will really makes your mind feel fresh and positive which is a great way to lead the day.
