Mourinho is back

On the 19th of November Tottenham sacked there five-year serving manager, Pochettino. The next morning Spurs acted swiftly in the appointment of their new manager. Pochettino didn’t even get the chance to say goodbye to his players as they were on international duty.  Too say goodbye, he left a note on the white board in the dressing room. “Big Thanks To you all! We can’t say goodbye… you will always be in our heart” this message caused a lot of Spurs take to social media and thank him for all his efforts including Harry Winks and Kane.

With Spurs sitting in twelfth in the league table, it seemed as though it was time up for Pochettino and in fact it was. From zero trophies to twenty-five it seemed to be a good replacement. This was until the name was José Mourinho. With his history: managing Manchester United and Chelsea it looked to be a big mistake as the feelings within the Tottenham fan base seemed to be harsh as he had been in the opposite dugout for years. But with him appointed, you can only accept it and move on. He may not be the most popular but his experience beats none other in the world. He has had a fantastic start to his new campaign. Three games, three wins, he seems to be getting the fans on his side and is giving us all hope that he is the right man for the job and the right man to take us to trophies.
