For months fans of Eurovision have been eagerly waiting for tickets to the biggest singing contest in the world to go on sale.

But fans are in luck as the date for ticket sales has finally been announced and it's very soon.

Eurovision shared the news on Twitter that tickets for all shows will go on sale on Thursday, April 7.

There are nine shows that will have tickets for sale, those are semi-final one and two and the grand final.

Each show has a jury rehearsal, family rehearsal, and the live show, and fans can get tickets to any of the shows.

However, Eurovision has still yet to announce the exact time for the sale of tickets, and the site they will be available on, but we'll be sure to let you know.

But we do know that you can get some 'special tickets' when they do go on sale.

Special Tickets are for those that belong to the Eurovision Fan Club, members of the club can get discounted tickets and entry to the 'special fan zone'.

This year the singing contest is being held in Turin in Italy after rock band Måneskin took the crown last year with their hit song Zitti E Buoni.

With the UK being represented by viral Tik Tok star Sam Ryder with his hit original song "SPACE MAN".

The Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final will be broadcast on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, May 14 at 8pm.
