An Epsom man has expressed his anger at the Virgin Media van parked illegally on double yellow lines outside his property on Park Avenue West.
Gary Kelly said he noticed the van parked on the grass verge just opposite his property at around 11.45am today (November 4).
Mr Kelly said he’s been in contact with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council about the issue, which he claims is ongoing.
The 57-year old added: “They keep on parking on the grass verge and damaging it and there’s a double yellow line as well.
“This is not a one-off, and if you were to go up the road a few yards, there’s no yellow lines. He’s just too lazy to walk a couple of yards.
“It’s dangerous for cars coming around the corner that have to swerve around him.”
A Virgin Media spokesperson said, “We are looking into this and will speak to the engineer.”
