A man has been charged in connection with attempted theft from vehicles in Epsom, police has said.
Shah Omar Williams, 39 of Mandela Close, has been charged with going equipped for theft in Epsom.
The charges relate to the attempted theft from vehicles on October 21 in Briarwood Road.
Williams was released on bail and is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on November 23.
