A father’s rights activist from Great Bookham is due in court today after staging a protest on the roof of a court.
Martin Matthews, 48, of Middlemead Road, Great Bookham, will appear in Luton Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday, April 14).
Mr Matthews is accused of trespassing on North Hertfordshire Magistrates' Court in Stevenage on January 6.
He faces one charge of obstructing or disrupting a person engaged in lawful activity.
He has not yet entered a plea.
Two other people – Sharon Chesterman, 55, of Minehead Way, Stevenage, and Daniel Dedman, 33, of Bowmans Close, Potters Bar – are also due in Luton Magistrates’ Court facing the same charge.
