Fire fighters are tackling a blaze in the front room of an Epsom bungalow this morning.
The fire at the Albert Road property, off Grove Road started at 8.36am.
Three engines from Epsom Fire and Rescue were dispatched to fight the fire.
A 67-year-old man was treated for smoke inhalation at the address.
Russell Giles from Red Watch at Banstead Fire Station, said: "The fire in the front room spread from an open fire – an old-fashioned fire.
"We are treating it as an accidental cause."
