Letter to the Editor: "Anyone foolish enough to buy these plots is taking a punt and could well lose their money."
Kings Land have been selling these plots of land for at least a year now (Dubai firm's land offer, March 6).
People should be aware that:
a) The land is in Tadworth and not Epsom
b) There is no planning permission nor is this likely to be coming in the forseeable future
c) It is green belt and used for farming
d) There is no realistic road access
e) There is no infrastructure such as drains, electricity or gas.
Anyone foolish enough to buy these plots is taking a punt and could well lose their money. Caveat emptor.
