I feel unable to remain silent any longer about the dog excrement covering the pavements in and around shops, schools and homes in Walton on the Hill village.  Quite frankly it is beyond disgusting.

Every day the children going to and from school have to walk this minefield of mess; you can imagine the dire consequences when they are unsuccessful.

My daughter not only carried the mess on her shoes into nursery but it was on her clothes as well and that was from visiting the duck pond.

The culprit(s) must be local as the mess appears every day.  Are they staging some sort of dirty protest against the people using the village facilities?  Well what a way to air a grievance.

The council are unable to do anything except erect warning signs and until someone takes a stand against this highly anti-social and totally unacceptable situation, residents will have to continue clearing up after dogs who probably belong, unbeknown to them, to one of their so-called neighbours and dog mess will continue to blight this lovely village.
