A family support charity treated children to a day out at Chessington World of Adventures.


Home-Start Elmbridge gave local families tickets to the theme park and paid for transport to get them there.


The children were all from families supported by Home-Start Elmbridge.


Carol Hodges, manager of the Home-Start Elmbridge scheme said: “Home-Start was so pleased to be able to offer vulnerable families the chance to enjoy a wonderful day out which they may not otherwise have been able to experience. 


“It was marvellous to see such happy smiley faces.”


Home-Start offers support and friendship to parents through home visits and helps build the family’s confidence and ability to cope.
