Residents are being invited to take part in a series of commemorative events.
Epsom and Ewell Borough Council will host activities across the borough to honour the fallen and give thanks to those who have served in the armed forces, as part of its Remembrance and Armistice Day commemorations.
The events will include the annual Garden of Remembrance at Bourne Hall Park on November 4, a Remembrance Sunday procession and wreath laying on November 8, and an Armistice Day service in Epsom Market Place on November 11.

Jackie King, chief executive of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, said: "Each year, our Remembrance and Armistice Day commemorations give us the opportunity to pause, reflect and remember. We honour all those who have served their country with courage and dedication, particularly those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
"I encourage residents to join us at these events as we come together to pay our respects and ensure that their service is not forgotten."
The Garden of Remembrance, officially opened by the Mayor and local school children at 10.30am, will feature songs and poems. Children will place poppy tokens at 11am to honour those who have died in service.
The garden will remain open to the public until November 29. On Remembrance Sunday, the mayor will lay wreaths at the Ashley Road War Memorials at 9.30am. A procession from the Army Reserve Centre in Welbeck Close will begin at 10.30am and proceed to St Mary’s Church in Ewell.
