A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash in Kingston.
Emergency services were called to the scene of Eden Street at 8:50am yesterday (May 20) to a crash involving a pedestrian and a bus.
A woman in her 20s was taken to hospital by paramedics for treatment, and police say her condition is not life-threatening.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of causing injury by careless driving and failing to stop at the scene of an accident and have since been bailed pending further investigations.
A statement from Metropolitan Police read: “The Serious Collision Investigation Unit investigate and are asking anyone with CCTV of the incident, dash cam footage or who witnessed the incident, to make contact via 020 8543 5157 or 101 quoting CAD 1733/20MAY2024.”
