Bea is a young and rising star who gained popularity through the app TikTok. She is well known for her song ‘Born to Be Alive’, which has over 26 million streams! Her cover songs on TikTok earned the attention of a few famous artists, who dueted her videos. Bea has a flare to her voice, with her vocals ranging from deep, mellow notes to much higher and more powerful ones. The use of controlled vibrato is prevalent in many of her songs, which adds resonance. Just recently, Bea went on a European tour, performing in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Berlin, Oslo, and Copenhagen. On April 9th, as part of her European tour, Bea performed at Lafayette, which demonstrated a splendid array of talent and song variety.

The concert kicked off with a supporting act, starring Erin LeCount. Her set list was capturing, with many of her songs having an existential feeling, especially ‘Mind the Gap', which she explained had a specific story and craft behind it. She performed her songs using musical technology while she sang, which demonstrated extreme talent and skill. Erin performed one of her most popular songs, ‘White Ferrari X I Know the End', which is a fusion between two songs that exemplify her artistry and musical genius.

After a jaw-dropping performance from Erin, Bea began the concert with another one of her most popular tracks, ‘Never Ever Love a Liar’. Throughout the evening, she sang songs from her EP called ‘Introverted Extrovert’ and some of her singles, including ‘WOW!’ (recently released), ‘Me Against My Head’, ‘All the Boys', and the finale song, ‘Born to Be Alive'. Bea’s set list shows a broad musical variety, including upbeat tunes such as ‘WOW!’ which contrast with songs like ‘Me Against My Head’ which are beautiful, empowering, and meaningful. To add to the splendour of the evening, Bea’s band consisted of a guitarist, a drummer, and even a string quartet, which enhanced the finesse. The most exciting element of the concert has to be the performance of some of her unreleased songs, which fans are now desperately waiting for.
