Police spent three days investigating an incident at a Swindon house.
Officers attended a property in Chandos Close on Tuesday and remained at the scene until Thursday evening.
The force has not revealed much about the reasons for the extended presence at the scene from April 23 to 25 but have now confirmed that their investigation has come to a close.
A spokesperson said: “Enquiries at a property in Chandos Close, Swindon, following a medical incident have now concluded with no further action required.
“We would like to thank the family involved for their understanding and co-operation.”
