A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Teddington.
The incident happened in Gomer Gardens just before 4.30am yesterday (January 1).
Police and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
It is believed the man was assaulted during a fight with a group of people in a car park in Teddington High Street at around 4am.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “An investigation is under way after a man was injured in a stabbing in Teddington.
“Police were called at 4.24am on Monday, 1 January to reports of a man in his 20s found with a stab wound in Gomer Gardens.
"Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
“The man was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
"It's believed the man was assaulted during a fight involved a group of people in a car park in Teddington High Street a short time earlier at approximately 4am.
“Further enquiries are taking place and any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 1827/01Jan.
“Information can also be shared with MetCC on X.
“There have been no arrests."
