A horror weekend in south London and Kent saw six people stabbed and two of the victims dead.

This only includes stabbing incidents that Newsquest south London is aware of and has reported on.

The weekend of April 14 saw a string of attacks in Belvedere, Croydon, West Norwood, Dartford, and New Malden.

Information about each incident is from the Metropolitan Police or Kent Police.

Man, 18, dies after stabbing in Dartford alleyway

An 18-year-old man has died after a stabbing in an alleyway in Dartford.

The incident happened in Suffolk Road at around 9.05pm on April 14.

Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.

Two men, both aged 19, were arrested in Gillingham on suspicion of murder.

The pair remain in police custody.

Man in his 20s taken to hospital after stabbing in Belvedere

A man in his early 20s was taken to hospital after a stabbing in Belvedere. 

The incident happened during a disturbance in Sutherland Road just before 4.30pm on April 16.

A search of the area was carried out by police and a man was found injured.

He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was later assessed as not life threatening.

A male suspect, with no further details, has been arrested following the incident.

Man, 20, dies after stabbing inside shop in West Norwood

A 20-year-old man has died after a stabbing inside a shop in West Norwood.

The incident happened in Norwood Road just before 6pm on April 15.

Officers, London Ambulance Service crews and an air ambulance attended and found a man injured.

Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.

Officers are now working to inform his next of kin.

No arrests have been made following the incident.

Three men taken to hospital after triple attack in Croydon

Three men have been taken to hospital after a triple attack in Croydon. 

The incident happened in St James’ Road at around 6.40am on April 15.

Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found three men injured.

Two of them were found with stab injuries and one had reportedly been assaulted.

All three men have been taken to hospital for further treatment.

Their injuries were assessed as not life threatening.

A male, with no further details, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.

Two men in hospital with one fighting for his life after New Malden stabbing

Two men have been taken to hospital after a double stabbing in New Malden.

The incident happened in New Malden High Street at 11.40pm on April 16.

The pair were taken to hospital for further treatment.

The condition of one of the men, 31, has been assessed as life-threatening.

His family have been informed.

The injuries of the second man, 28, has been assessed as not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made following the incident.
